Technology, Software & AI

Software, ERP, LMS and AI — built, delivered and owned

Custom software, ERP and LMS implementation and AI-enabled process automation — requirements, build, data migration, integration and rollout — owned end to end as one accountable mandate. Not a specification handed over, but a delivered, supported system carried to a documented close in production.

Who we work with

Institutions and enterprises whose operations have outgrown their tools

We are engaged when the technology decides whether the operation scales — where a system has to be built, implemented and made to work, not just scoped on a slide.

  • Institutions and enterprises scaling operations

Where manual processes and disconnected tools have become the constraint on growth.

  • ERP and LMS adopters

Organisations selecting, implementing or rescuing an enterprise resource planning or learning management rollout.

  • Teams needing process automation

Where repetitive, error-prone workflows are ready to be automated — including with AI in the loop.

  • Founders needing a custom platform

When off-the-shelf software cannot do the job and a purpose-built system is the only path.

  • Multi-campus and multi-entity operators

Standardising operations, data and reporting across sites that have drifted into separate systems.

  • Organisations with stalled AI initiatives

Where an AI ambition exists but has no execution path into real, supported production systems.

Problems we solve

Where technology programmes stall — and why

Most technology failures are not failures of intent. They are failures of fit, ownership and follow-through. These are the patterns we are engaged to break.

  • Off-the-shelf tools that do not fit

Generic products force the operation to bend around the software. We build or configure to the actual process, so the system fits the work rather than the reverse.

  • Failed or abandoned ERP/LMS rollouts

Implementations stall when no one owns the rollout end to end. We take accountability for configuration, data migration, integration and adoption — through to a working system.

  • Manual, error-prone processes

Repetitive work done by hand drains capacity and introduces error. We automate the workflow — with AI where it genuinely adds value — and design for reliability, not novelty.

  • AI initiatives with no execution path

An AI ambition without delivery is a stalled experiment. We translate the intent into a scoped, integrated automation that runs in production and is supported.

What LGS owns

Built and delivered, not just specified

We own the full path from requirement to a supported system in production. Ownership here means we are accountable for whether it works — not only for the design.

  1. Custom software development

Purpose-built platforms and applications engineered to the operation, from requirements through to a delivered, production-ready system.

  2. ERP & LMS implementation

Selection, configuration, data migration and rollout of enterprise resource planning and learning management systems, owned to working adoption.

  3. AI-enabled process automation

Automation of repetitive, high-volume workflows — with AI applied where it adds real value — scoped, built and integrated into how the operation actually runs.

  4. Integration

Connecting new systems to the tools, data and processes already in place, so the platform works inside the operation rather than beside it.

  5. Delivery & support

We carry the build to a delivered system and provide the support to keep it running — the mandate ends in production, not in a handover document.

The Method

The LGS Mandate Method

  1. Step 1: Evaluate

We assess the mandate against our acceptance framework before we take it.

  2. Step 2: Structure

We define scope, accountability and the path to a documented result.

  3. Step 3: Coordinate

We align stakeholders, advisors and authorities across jurisdictions.

  4. Step 4: Execute

We run the mandate end to end, with senior people on every engagement.

  5. Step 5: Document

We carry the mandate to a documented close and a clean hand-over.

Governance & compliance

How we govern a technology mandate

Software and data mandates carry real exposure — your IP, your data and your operating continuity. We govern accordingly, and we are explicit about what we will and will not take on.

  • Data and IP confidentiality: source code, data and proprietary processes are handled under NDA, and the engagement defines ownership of what we build before work begins.

  • Senior-led accountability: senior people are accountable on every mandate, from requirements through delivery and support — the people who scope the work are accountable for delivering it.

  • The Mandate Acceptance Framework: every technology mandate is evaluated against our five-dimension acceptance framework before we take it on.

  • Realistic scope — we decline what we cannot deliver: we will not commit to a build, an integration or an AI outcome we cannot stand behind. Restraint at the outset is part of how the result is protected.

Representative mandate

Described by type and outcome — never by client

A single illustrative mandate type for this vertical. Identities, commercial terms and technical specifics stay confidential; the mandate is described by type and outcome under NDA.

Client identities and commercial terms are confidential. Mandates are described by type and outcome under NDA.

Proof

Defensible proof only

We ship only figures we can stand behind. Delivery metrics for this vertical have not yet cleared confidentiality review, so we mark the gap rather than invent a number.

Our confidentiality posture

We do not publish delivery metrics, implementation timelines, supported-deployment counts or named clients. Representative technology mandates are described by type and outcome, and the specifics — systems, data and commercial terms — are shared privately, under NDA. The firm-wide record that backs this work — 12+ years of execution, senior-led accountability, 500+ institutional relationships and three offices across India and the UAE — is set out on the About and Governance pages.

We publish no client names, success rates or counts. Representative mandates are described by type; specifics are shared privately under NDA.

Submit a confidential mandate

If the system can be built and owned, we will carry it to production.

Tell us what needs to work. We evaluate every technology mandate against our acceptance framework before we take it — and decline what we cannot deliver.
