Our Verticals

Eight verticals. One accountable firm.

Eight execution practices — from mergers, capital and government liaison to technology, communications, real estate, mining and agro trade. Whichever one your mandate lands in, a single accountable firm structures it, coordinates the stakeholders across borders and carries it end to end to a documented result.

The model

Eight execution practices, one standard of ownership

We do not run a menu of services. Each vertical is a practice we can own end to end — from first conversation to documented close — under the same governance, the same senior accountability and the same acceptance discipline. We take the mandates we can own, and decline the rest.

The eight verticals share one operating model: a mandate is structured for accountability, coordinated across jurisdictions and authorities, executed by senior people, and carried to a clean hand-over. The vertical is the domain; the standard of execution does not change.

Strategic verticals

The eight verticals we execute

In canonical order, led by Capital & Strategic Transactions. Every vertical links through to how we own a mandate inside it.

AI-enabled automation is delivered inside our Technology vertical.

8 strategic verticals, executed across three offices in India and the UAE.

Governance

How we decide which vertical fits a mandate

A mandate rarely arrives labelled by vertical. Before we accept it, we weigh it against our acceptance framework — what it asks of us, where it must be executed, and whether we can own the outcome. Often a single mandate runs across more than one vertical; one accountable firm still carries it.

Global presence

Where these verticals are executed

The same eight verticals are run across our regional practices — India, the UAE, and the India–UAE cross-border corridor — by one accountable firm on both sides.

Submit a confidential mandate

Bring us a mandate, in any vertical, and we will tell you plainly whether we can own it.

Start with a confidential outline of what needs to happen. We evaluate every mandate against our acceptance framework before we take it — and decline the rest.
