Global presence · India ⇄ UAE

The India–UAE corridor, executed end to end.

Most cross-border mandates fail in the gap between two jurisdictions — handed between disconnected advisors in each country, with no one accountable for the whole. We close that gap. With our head office in Mohali, a branch in Ahmedabad and our international office in Dubai, Lakhera Global Services runs the corridor as one mandate, on both sides.

The corridor

One accountable firm on both sides of the corridor

The India–UAE corridor rewards the prepared and punishes the fragmented. The wedge is simple: one firm, accountable for the mandate in both jurisdictions, from first conversation to documented close.

India and the UAE are among each other's most active commercial counterparties, and the traffic moves in both directions — capital, goods, institutions and people. What stalls a corridor mandate is rarely the commercial thesis. It is the seam between two legal systems, two regulators and two sets of authorities, where momentum and accountability are easiest to lose.

Cross-border execution is a structuring and coordination problem before it is a commercial one. Holding structures, entity choices, regulatory approvals, registrations, tax considerations and documentation have to line up across both jurisdictions, in the right sequence. When that workstream is split between advisors who each own only their side, the deal slows and the risk compounds.

We run the corridor differently. A single accountable team carries the mandate across both jurisdictions — aligning advisors, authorities and counterparties to one plan, so there is never a hand-off where ownership is lost. We are an advisory and execution firm: we coordinate regulated workstreams lawfully and in sequence, and we do not promise or imply guaranteed outcomes.

What we execute here

What we execute across the corridor

All eight LGS verticals operate across the India–UAE corridor. Cross-border M&A and structuring lead, with real estate, agro and trade, technology, communications, education and government liaison run as governed mandates on both sides.

AI-enabled automation is delivered inside our Technology vertical, not sold as a separate corridor service.

The Method

The LGS Mandate Method

  1. Step 1: Evaluate

We assess the mandate against our acceptance framework before we take it.

  2. Step 2: Structure

We define scope, accountability and the path to a documented result.

  3. Step 3: Coordinate

We align stakeholders, advisors and authorities across jurisdictions.

  4. Step 4: Execute

We run the mandate end to end, with senior people on every engagement.

  5. Step 5: Document

We carry the mandate to a documented close and a clean hand-over.

Presence

Presence on both ends

Three offices across two countries mean a corridor mandate is never run remotely from one side. We are physically present where the work happens — in India and in the UAE.
